License Costs & Fund-Raising Potentials
The cost of a license to produce and distribute 3,000 copies of the Great Family Communication Tool Kit is $8,000. You do not pay this up front. This $8,000 also includes the cost of graphic arts and the huge task of receipting and tracking payments from Sponsors and getting from them their ad design. to view the actual license, click here FUND-RAISING POTENTIALS We have designed this program to do many things. The main one is our mission to help families communicate more and get along better. The other main purpose is to help you get more money for what you do. Your organization can surely use more money during these hard times. Perhaps you can raise enough to put one more person on the payroll and help our country regain a job during this time when so many jobs are disappearing. Fund-raising potentials depend on how much you charge for advertising spots on the back sides of the grids. We do not dictate how you do this. The following figures are based on dividing the back of each game grid into 16 rectangles, 14 of which are available for paid ads on two of the grids and 16 on the other four grids. The attraction for advertisers is that (1) their ad will be positively seen as a "sponsorship" of something to help families and reduce local crime, (2) their ad will last for a long time with the possibility of being seen over and over again as families play the games for months and years, and (3) the cost of the ad is relatively inexpensive because of the lengthy exposure to families, . 16 advertising spots X 6 game grids = 96 advertising spots. Thus, the 6 grids can bring in $28,800. If this comes easy, we have 3 bonus grids to add for an additional $14,400. After printing costs and our license fee, either $14,800 or $26,800 is the estimated gross profit for your organization if all ad slots are filled at $300 per spot.
MUCH MORE PROFIT BY ADDING 3 BONUS GRIDS This is just a reminder to look at the above figures again to see how fund-raising profit can grow if you add the 3 additional fun grids. In finding advertising for the 96 slots on the 6 game grids was fairly easy, these 3 additional grids will give you 48 more slots and will maximize your fund-raising. INSERT SEPARATE AD SHEETS FOR MORE FUNDS You can add separate ad sheets into the Tool Kit for additional revenue. Unlike the ads placed on the back of game grids, these ads may get tossed right away. But, there may be some businesses you contact who would want to pay for an ad insert. OTHER INCOME POSSIBILITIES 1. Families might begin to donate to your organization. It would be wise to put a brochure with a donation envelope into the game. 2. You can recruit other organizations to buy a license. We will give you $1,000 for each. There are many families to give free Tool Kits, either in your large city or in the towns and counties around you. 3. You can do this again later. Two times more to triple your fund-raising profit. We have 2 Family Communication Tool Kits that build on this first Tool Kit and give kids responsibility skills and leadership skills for lifetime success and significantly increased lifetime earnings.
